In April the municipality of San Pedro de Urabá celebrates its popular "corralejas", an emblematic festival of the town that is highly anticipated by its inhabitants.

For five days, bulls from local ranches and other municipalities in the region jump into the ring in the traditional improvised plaza, where they face different manteros and people who spontaneously dare to jump into the ring.

In addition to the bullfighting events, during the days of the corralejas you can enjoy live music, folk dances and competitions, creating a festive and happy atmosphere. Local gastronomy also plays an important role, with stalls offering typical dishes from the region.

The "Corralejas" of San Pedro de Urabá are a celebration that not only preserves a significant cultural tradition, but also strengthens the sense of community and local pride.
