In June, the Grade A Agricultural and Industrial Bovine Fair (Feria Nacional Agropecuaria de Ibagué) takes place in Ibagué, within the framework of the fairs and festivals of San Juan. This event, which already has more than half a century of tradition, has become one of the most important category fairs in the Colombian Andean region.

The fair has a rich agricultural and cultural program. The agricultural programming includes exhibitions and judging of bovines of the Gyr and Brahman breeds, as well as the popular dairy competitions, auctions and auctions in which animals of high genetic value are sold.

Likewise, there are academic sessions with talks and conferences on innovation in the field, sustainability and trends in the agricultural market. The cultural programming is made up of horse shows, live music and the popular peasant farm, a family space where children can interact with all kinds of farm animals.

The Ibagué Agricultural and Industrial Fair(Feria Nacional Agropecuaria de Ibagué) is a key space for the exchange of knowledge, the promotion of livestock farming and the strengthening of the agricultural sector, contributing to regional and national development.
