Holy Week in Pesca, Boyacá, is a celebration deeply rooted in the religious and cultural tradition of the municipality, where the different celebrations of the Catholic calendar are lived with great devotion and community participation.

Holy Week begins with Palm Sunday, a day in which the first of the live performances that are emblematic of these holidays in Pesca take place.

Actors from local theater companies stage different episodes from the gospels: on Palm Sunday the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem is staged; On Holy Thursday the last supper, the prayer in the garden and the arrest are represented; On Good Friday, each of the fourteen stations of the Way of the Cross is represented live, from Jesus' death sentence to his burial.

During the week in Pesca, cultural activities such as sacred music concerts, film screenings and Easter egg painting activities are also offered that complement religious celebrations, allowing visitors to experience the rich tradition and welcoming atmosphere of the municipality.

Holy Week in Fishing is a manifestation of faith and community unity, which reinforces local traditions and attracts those seeking an authentic experience of this holiday.
