The Amazon Fellowship Festival (Festival de la Confraternidad Amazónica) is an annual celebration that brings together communities from the Amazon region in Leticia, a city bordering Brazil and Peru, to promote unity and cooperation between these countries.

It takes place in July and stands out for its rich cultural diversity, with the participation of indigenous peoples, settlers and tourists who come together to celebrate the traditions and customs of the Amazon.

During the festival, a series of cultural and sporting activities are held, including traditional dance competitions, crafts exhibitions, sports competitions and the election of the Queen of the Confraternity.
Indigenous dances and rituals are one of the main attractions, offering visitors a window into the region's rich ancestral traditions.

In addition, there are parades, concerts and gastronomic fairs that allow you to enjoy the variety of Amazonian cuisine.

The event is a space for integration and learning, where cultural exchange and respect for biodiversity and local cultures are encouraged, highlighting the importance of the Amazon as a vital green lung for the planet and a treasure of human and natural diversity.
